The Ambler skatepark is the result of the efforts of a large group of local supporters and volunteers that worked with the Borough of Ambler to design and develop a space within Knight Park located on the corner of South Main Street and Bannockburn Ave.

Since its opening in 2011, the Ambler Skatepark has been a favorite among Philly area skaters for its perfect mix of plaza style features and transition elements. The park includes some unique gaps and ledges which allow the locals to cook up all types of lines.

The park still benefits from a group of committed local skaters that are their day-in and day-out, maintaining the park and putting on great events like the annual Philly AM.
